Sham Darwish is the founder and principal consultant of Darwish Business Consultancy, with a senior background in project planning, scheduling and operations management, leading delivery from scope definition through to handover.
PMP®-certified and working in agile project management, Sham Darwish covers the full delivery cycle — project management information systems (PMIS), scheduling and critical path management, and the reporting that keeps a program visible to the people funding it.
Sham Darwish leads every engagement personally — from the initial assessment through to handover — and works alongside client teams so that the systems introduced remain in operation after the engagement concludes.
The consultancy was established to give growing companies access to senior project management capability without the cost of building a full in-house project office. Engagements are scoped around measurable outcomes — delivery timelines, cost control and process efficiency — and are reported against those measures throughout.
